COLOR Posters and Display Boards

Lots of companies can print a poster but the quality of our large format printing is in a class by itself. We now print at 2,400 dpi using 8 different ink colors for incredible vibrancy and detail.  

8 Color Printing

Does 8-color printing really matter?  Absolutely!  Instead of mixing 4 colors to create a color palette, by using 8 colors, we introduce more subtle shades and color nuances to your print.  Skin tones look more natural and pale colors don’t fade away. Best of all, we don’t charge more for this quality - it comes standard with everything we print!

Large format printing that is REALLY large format!

Every printer and copy shop seems to advertise that they offer large format printing but when you check it out you may realize that what they call large format isn’t very big at all.  Some places only print up to 18 x 24 and others 24 x 36.  But suppose you need something larger?

At Banner Stand Expo, we print posters up to 60” wide x any length and offer mounting to 60” x 120”.  We also laminate one or two sided to 58" x any length.  Our outdoor durable banners are available up to 98” wide x any length.

Durable 13 oz scrim reinforced vinyl banner.
Completely waterproof and rub resistant with UV ink.

Matte vinyl banner

Size: up to 98” wide x any length           
The same quality banner with a matte finish. Perfect for backdrops and
photo walls, as well as trade show curtains.

Ultra smooth finish banner vinyl 

Size: up to 60” wide x any length            
Our premium matte vinyl with an smooth texture is designed to enhance the quality of photographic images. Ultra smooth finish banner vinyl is best used for indoor use or short term outdoor use.

Adhesive backed vinyl 

Size: up to 60” wide x any length            
Outdoor durable vinyl with a permanent adhesive backing.  Completely waterproof and rub resistant with UV ink. To aid in application, we suggest adding a one sided lamination.

Polypropylene banner

Size: up to 60” wide x any length
A heavy weight 9 mil banner media that is ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor use.
It features good tear resistance and a matte surface that is ideal for minimizing glare that frequently occurs with indoor lighting. Polypropylene banner provides e a high degree of water resistance when imaged with our photo quality Vivera inks.

mounting –
We offer the following board options:

Foamcore           

Foam Core is an economical, extruded polystyrene foam board laminated to two sheets of white clay-coated paper.  Foam Core is best suited for boards smaller than 24” x 36” and for local delivery.

UltraMount           

UltraMount is a mid-priced board that is stronger than foam core but not as rigid as Gatorboard.  UltraMount is warp resistant, and a great option for quality short term displays.

Gatorboard           

Genuine GatorBoard is a high quality board suitable for most mounting applications. GatorBoard is stronger and less likely to warp at larger sizes than foam core.

Sintra           

Sintra offers excellent mounting flexibility over traditional fiber-based materials, such as Foam Board. A solid core plastic, Sintra is a good choice for heavy duty or outdoor applications or long term use.

Chipboard           

Chipboard is a thin, paper based board suitable for framing or short term use.  It also is a perfect choice for tabletop POP and retail displays.

Acrylic           

Acrylic is a clear solid surface board used to mount backlit or translucent film for illuminated viewing.  Available by special order. Additional time required.

Flexible Magnet   

Max size: 24” x any length

Our magnetic media is a flexible roll of magnetic backed mounting media designed to adhere to a metallic surface. 

Lexan

Max size: 48” x any length

Lexan is a durable polycarbonate media designed for trade show use or where a more durable solution is required.  Lexan rolls for easy storage and shipping, but unlike lamination, resists the signs of wear and tear. We add an opaque backing to our Lexan to block light and provide a flexible base.

LAMINATIon

Protect your large format investment with our professional laminating service.  We laminate two sides for printed media and one side for mounted boards.

We offer the following lamination finishes:

Length is determined by the printed piece or the mounting board being used.
Two sided lamination doubles the listed thickness.
